Random Snaps

Our little man is looking less like a newborn and a lot like a baby! He is great at tummy time and can hold his neck up like a pro. My sister lent us an exersaucer for Hunter to bounce around in and though he is a little small for it, his curiosity is peaked and he seems to enjoy it. Slow down, time!

Another Wedding!

Robert and I attended yet another wedding this past weekend at a winery in Livermore. It was beautiful!

Last minute we realized we couldn't take Hunter, so he got to hangout with Auntie Kaila and Uncle Adam! Thank you both for taking the little guy - we appreciate the help and know he was in good hands.

Half Moon Bay

We spent our anniversary weekend in Half Moon Bay. It was a beautiful weekend on the coast - Hunter got his first pumpkin, we had an oceanfront room, ate lots of yummy food, and squeezed in a wine tasting!

Happy 5th Anniversary

Happy 5th Anniversary to my wonderful husband, Robert! 
It's hard to believe we were only 22 and 25 when we got married - now 
we are old and gray..just kidding! Here are some stats on us over the last five years.

PC Gets Married!

Bug had his first cross country trip for PC's wedding last weekend. I was really nervous about flying with him because I was afraid he would cry the whole time on the flight. Out of the four flights, he ended up crying on one (the first). I would consider that a success! 

The wedding was great - it's always fun to see your friends get married and as the best man, Robert delivered a tearful and moving toast. Well done! 

We are so happy that PC and his wife Emilie were able to meet Hunter. PC is Hunter's godfather, so it was most definitely a meaningful trip.

Every day I am noticing he "talks" more and engages with us more. It's fun to watch him learn and see him progress!

Father Junipero's Confessor

Our friend Nick published a book called Father Junipero's Confessor and was hosting a book reading at a local bookstore last week. Grandma and Grandpa came up to have dinner with us and watch Hunter while we attended the event - so nice! It was fun to not only attend a book reading for the first time, but to attend a book reading by an author who is one of our friends. What an accomplishment!

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for watching the kids and giving us a date night!
