Not So Serious

Our serious baby has a funny side. Any time I brush over his face with a burp cloth or swaddle he laughs and it's really the cutest thing ever. I can't get enough of this guy.

Six years ago today Robert proposed to me at Carmel beach. One year ago today we found out I was pregnant. November 21st is an exciting day for us to remember!

Cheeks

This boy is sporting some major cheeks. Makes it hard not to kiss them a million times a day.

Happy Boy

We are getting a lot more smiles these days and even got a giggle on Friday. By the time I got my phone out Hunter wasn't as smiley, but I still think the video is cute.

 

Gymboree Date

Today we met up with Robert's coworker Marissa, her husband, and their son Liam (about a week younger than Hunter) for a play-date at Gymboree. They host classes for various age groups and focus on age appropriate cognitive exercises. 

It was a lot of fun and I hope to make it back again. Hunter was pooped afterwards and took a snooze while we had lunch - success.

Rowen's 7th Birthday

Exersaucer Love

Our big chub is mastering the exersaucer. 
It's amazing how far he has come in just two weeks! He reaches for the toys now and seems to have better hand-eye coordination.

The cousin photo cracks me up and is one of my favorites from the shoot. Also, the second to last photo is a replica of a photo we took back in 2008 - love!

Rollin'

Hunter rolled over for the first time this morning! I was shocked when I looked over at him on his play mat and he was on his stomach. Go Hunter!

Three Months!

Happy three months, Hunter! Time is flying too fast around here.
Weight: 14-15lbs
Likes: Morning chats, being naked, his hands, "standing up", tummy time, Grey's Anatomy.
Dislikes: Being hungry and/or tired, smiling (we have a serious baby here)
Notable changes: he is so fat! It's fun to compare his one month and three month photos - such a chunk. He is more aware of his surroundings and is close to rolling.

Morning Chats

Every morning after Robert leaves for work Hunter and I sit in bed and "chat." This morning we recapped his first Halloween and it sounds like he had a wild night.

Halloween 2013

This year we went over to the McCarthy's house for dinner and trick or treating. Hunter was Yoda from Star Wars and looked hilarious. Such a fun night!
