Four Months Old - Davis

Davis! The happiest baby there ever was.
On February 13th, Davis turned four months old and I can hardly believe it. He is so much fun and getting more and more interactive. When he is not eating or sleeping, you can find Davis on his play mat, exersaucer, bouncer, or on my lap :) I think he is sturdy enough to start using his johnny jumper, so I plan to get that out of storage in the next week.
He had his four month wellness check and weighs 16lbs. He is in the 65% for weight, 93% for head circumference, and 75% for height - THAT HEAD!
The doctor said his neck is very strong and she couldn't stop commenting on how smiley he was, haha. She gave us the green light for starting solids, so in the next couple of weeks I might introduce some veggies and mum mums.
He loves his sleep and naps 3-4 times a day and feeds about two times per night

Hunter's Swim Class

Hunter started swim lessons over the summer while I was pregnant with Davis, but once Davis was born I had to put his lessons on hold. We restarted again in January and he loves it!
He was disappointed on his first day of class when his former teacher was no longer teaching. He ended up sitting on the step for the first half of the class rather than participating, but since then has been fine :)
I really enjoy watching him in the pool. He is getting so big, so fast!

Davis' Baptism

Baby Davis was baptized on February 12th! It was a wonderful service surrounded by family and friends. We celebrated baby D at our house afterwards with a Chipotle spread and Everything Bundt Cakes.
Thank you everyone who celebrated with us.

Wyatt's 2nd Birthday!

Wyatt is TWO!
Wyatt is independent, spunky, loud, sensitive, strong, and super funny. He is the one that makes me laugh every single day and he has no idea that he is even funny. He is all boy, but a mama's boy at the same time.
Wyatt had his two year check up and weighs 32lbs. His language is advanced for his age and he is meeting or exceeding all of his milestones. We are working on colors right now and he loves to count to ten. He loves to play "soccer" and is still trying to figure out the balance bike (although in his defense I don't take him to the track very often to practice). Wyatt is not a people pleaser like his brother Hunter and will happily make a mess and tell me "NO" when I ask him to clean/pick up. He is the messiest eater and is really destructive (but somehow he still makes me laugh through it all).
He still loves to eat and would eat all day if I let him. He is a great sleeper and naps from 12-3ish everyday. He still sleeps through the night from 7pm-7am. He is a big boy and wears 2T pants, 3T tops, and size 9 shoes - yikes!
Wyatt we love you so much. Thank you for bringing so much laughter and joy into our lives.

Valentines Day 2017

This year marked our 12th Valentines Day together (what!). Gramie and Pop Pop came over to watch the boys while Robert and I went to Pebble Beach for dinner at The Bench. It was so fun!
We sat outside by the fire pit, looked at the stars (really clear night), and ate delicious food. Must do again!
Happy Valentines Day, Robert. Life is good with you <3
